Return & Refund Policy

In order to initiate a return, the product must remain in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging. You can return it within 7 days from the date of delivery along with the original receipt. We will arrange for the return pickup within 2 to 3 working days. A pickup service charge will apply unless you opt to return the item to a physical store, along with the order details. Charges vary depending on the product. Please make sure that the products are properly packed when returning.

All products undergo inspection to assess their eligibility for a refund based on their original condition and compliance with our return and refund policy terms. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a minimum of 15 business days for the refund to be credited to your bank account or debit/credit card. If your payment was made in cash, we will issue the refund via bank deposit or transfer once you provide us required details.

Notes:

  • Return & refund is only valid within the UAE.
  • To cancel the order, kindly cancel the order before dispatch. Accordingly, we will issue a refund.
  • A promo code, once used, shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by you or by us.

 

Manufacturing Defect

If you have a complaint about your product or if it has any defect, damaged or missing parts, manufacturing defect, you may call our customer service and we will resolve it for you. Upon confirmation of a manufacturing defect by our product experts and technical team, we will either arrange for a repair or issue a replacement. In the case of missing parts, we will provide the missing part.

If you opt against obtaining a replacement, please make your request within 7 days, and we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. If the item is working and is proven to be not faulty or damaged, we will return the item back to you.

Typically, we initiate item collection within 2 to 3 working days following your request date. The delivery of a replacement item will require 5-7 working days after the evaluation. Please note that our return policy exclusively applies to items delivered within the United Arab Emirates.

 

Products not accepted for Returns and Refund:

  • Products beyond a 7-day return window
  • Products lacking their original condition, tags and packaging
  • Items exhibiting signs of misuse or wear and tear
  • Products that have been assembled, used, modified, or installed unless found defective
  • Products mentioned as “for sale as is”
  • Items purchased at a discounted price or during a sale
  • Items priced below 100 AED
  • Items purchased under 'Buy 2 get 1 free' or 'Buy 1 get 1 free' promotions

 

    Multiple Shipments
    At MeeraMore, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers. We understand that in some cases, you may wish to purchase multiple items in a single order, all charges will be combined into one, convenient payment. You'll receive individual tracking numbers and stay informed via email notifications. We may occasionally ship items from your order separately.
