Standard Shipping – Dubai (2 - 4 days)

• Orders below AED 500: A flat delivery charge of AED 25 applies.

• Orders of AED 500 or above: Free standard shipping is offered.

Standard Shipping – Other Emirates (2 - 4 days)

• Orders below AED 1000: A delivery fee of AED 45 will be applied.

• Orders of AED 1000 or above: Free standard shipping is offered.

Express Delivery – Dubai Only (next business day)

• Express Delivery at a flat rate of AED 45.

Heavy and Bulk Deliveries

• For oversized, heavy, or bulk items such as building materials or large appliances, shipping charges may differ based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

Customized and Made-to-Order Products

• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are subject to a delivery charge of AED 45 within the UAE.
• These products require additional production time and are typically delivered within 4–6 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment verification.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the complexity and specifications of the customization request.

All applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process. Promotions offering free or discounted shipping will be clearly indicated on our website when available.

    For orders within the UAE, we aim to deliver your products within 2-4 working days from the date of order processing. However, delivery times may vary depending on the specific location within the UAE. Additionally, we offer express delivery services for Dubai, where we strive to deliver your items on the same business day or the next business day, ensuring swift receipt of your purchases.
